Zero Latency VR – South Austin is a free-roam VR venue delivering mind-blowing, multiplayer experiences. We're hiring someone who loves talking with guests, closing sales, and turning first-timers into loyal members.

What You'll Do
You'll spend most of your shift greeting guests, explaining options, and selling upgrades and memberships—then you'll run games and keep the show smooth.
Primary (Front-of-House Sales & Service)
- •Hit daily sales goals: drive upgrades, add-ons, gift cards, and membership sign-ups.
- •Present & close offers: confidently pitch experiences, bundles, and limited-time promos.
- •Gather Memberships: Pitch and sell monthly/yearly memberships to guests and assist them in the sign up process.
- •Book return visits: rebook groups before they leave; capture emails/phone for follow-ups.
- •Deliver 5-star service: greet, check in, answer questions, and set expectations.
- •Request reviews: ask satisfied guests for reviews and show them how to post.
Secondary (Game Ops & Venue)
- •Run VR sessions on schedule; give safety briefings and equipment demos.
- •Help guests gear up; reset stations between games; sanitize headsets.
- •Triage simple tech hiccups (we'll train) and escalate when needed.
- •Keep the lobby/show floor clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
