Common Questions

How do session credits work?+
Your monthly credits load to your member account on your billing date. Book any standard Zero Latency VR or VR Escape Room session through our member booking link and the credit applies at checkout. One credit = one standard VR ticket. Squad members share credits across the four named accounts on the plan.
Can I bring guests on my membership?+
Yes. Operative members get 1 half-price guest coupon each month. Squad members get 2 free guest passes per month plus 25% off any additional guests. Legend members get 4 free guest passes per month and can host additional guests at the Legend member rate ($18 weekday, $20 weekend per ticket).
Do unused credits roll over?+
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. We recommend booking your sessions early in the month so you don't leave anything on the table.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Operative and Squad memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. Legend has a 6-month minimum. After your minimum term you can cancel anytime through your member account or by contacting us. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing period.
