How to Use Virtual Reality for Amazing Events

Let's be honest: most corporate team-building exercises are a little awkward. Another trust fall or forced icebreaker game isn't going to forge real bonds. What if you could build communication and problem-solving skills while your team is genuinely having fun? That's the secret power of VR. When your group has to strategize to survive a zombie apocalypse or work together to solve a virtual escape room, they're building real camaraderie without even realizing it. This guide explains how to use virtual reality for events to create a dynamic team-building day that strengthens connections and leaves everyone feeling energized and united.

Key Takeaways

  • Create a Truly Shared Experience: VR replaces passive entertainment with an active, shared adventure. It's a powerful way to build genuine connections by getting everyone to collaborate and engage on the same level.
  • Customize the Game to Fit Your Goal: The most impactful VR events are tailored to the occasion. Choose a cooperative mission to foster teamwork or a competitive game to energize a party, ensuring the experience aligns perfectly with your event's purpose.
  • Let the Experts Handle the Logistics: A flawless VR event depends on seamless execution. Using a professional venue removes the stress of managing technology, space, and safety, allowing you to focus entirely on your guests and the fun.

Why Choose VR for Your Next Event?

Planning an event can feel like you're stuck on a loop: dinner, happy hour, maybe a bowling night if you're feeling adventurous. But what if you could offer your guests something they'll be talking about for weeks? Virtual reality takes your event off the screen and puts your guests directly into the action. It's a perfect way to shake things up, whether you're planning a birthday party, a family reunion, or a corporate team-building day.

Instead of just sharing a space, your guests will share an experience—a thrilling adventure in a world built just for them. VR is more than just a game; it's a powerful tool for connection, engagement, and creating genuinely unforgettable moments. It breaks down barriers and gets everyone, from the quietest person in the office to your most outgoing friend, on the same level playing field.

Create a Truly Immersive Experience

Let's be clear: this isn't the VR you might have tried on a phone. Modern free-roam VR is a full-body experience that transports you to another world. Once the headset is on, your everyday surroundings disappear, replaced by alien landscapes, zombie-infested cities, or mind-bending puzzles. The goal is to transform your event into something truly memorable. You're not just watching the adventure unfold; you are the main character.

This level of immersion is what makes VR so powerful. Your brain accepts the new reality, making your heart pound as you peek around a corner or feel a sense of victory when your team solves a clue. It's an experience that engages all your senses, ensuring every guest is completely present and absorbed in the moment.

Keep Everyone Engaged and Excited

One of the biggest challenges for any event planner is keeping guests engaged. At a typical mixer, it's easy for people to retreat to their phones or stick with the people they already know. A VR event eliminates that problem entirely. It's impossible to be bored when you're working with your team to survive an alien attack. The experience is designed to be captivating from start to finish.

VR helps your event stand out from the crowd by creating a stronger emotional connection than passive entertainment ever could. Because it's new, exciting, and requires active participation, guests are naturally more invested. This shared excitement acts as the ultimate icebreaker, sparking conversations and creating a lively, energetic atmosphere that lasts long after the headsets come off.

A Unique Way to Connect and Collaborate

VR is secretly one of the best team-building activities out there. Many games are designed around cooperation, requiring clear communication and teamwork to succeed. When you and your colleagues have to strategize to solve a virtual escape room or cover each other's backs during a firefight, you're building skills like trust and collaborative problem-solving without even realizing it.

This isn't another trust fall or awkward icebreaker game. It's a genuinely fun challenge that puts everyone on equal footing. The shared goal and high-stakes environment forge bonds quickly, creating a sense of camaraderie that translates back to the office or strengthens friendships. It's a dynamic way to encourage people to work together and rely on one another in a low-pressure, high-energy setting.

An Unforgettable, High-Value Experience

People might forget the canapés or the playlist, but they won't forget the time they explored a new world together. A VR event delivers a high-impact experience that leaves a lasting impression. It's a unique story that your guests will want to share, making your event the one they measure all others against. This is how you create buzz and give people a memory, not just a night out.

By offering such a distinct and enjoyable activity, you're more likely to receive glowing reviews and positive feedback. Organizers can use this enthusiasm to enhance future events and prove the value of thinking outside the box. When you invest in an experience that truly wows your guests, you're creating a positive association with your company or celebration that endures.

The Tech That Powers the Experience

Ever wonder what magic goes into creating a seamless virtual reality event? It's a carefully orchestrated blend of hardware and software designed to transport you and your guests to another world. While it might seem complex, understanding the key components helps you appreciate the experience even more. From the gear you wear to the invisible systems tracking your every move, each piece plays a vital role in making the virtual feel real. Let's pull back the curtain on the technology that makes these incredible adventures possible.

Headsets and Controllers

The VR headset is your window into a new reality. Instead of just watching a screen, this special gear makes you feel like you're actually inside a 3D digital space. High-resolution displays inside the headset fill your field of vision, tricking your brain into believing what it sees. Paired with the headset are controllers, which act as your hands in the virtual world. They allow you to interact with your environment—pick up objects, open doors, or wield a weapon against oncoming zombies. This combination of sight and touch is the foundation of a truly immersive experience, letting you engage with the digital world in a natural, intuitive way.

Advanced Tracking Systems

The secret to free-roam VR is the incredible tracking technology working behind the scenes. This isn't your at-home, sit-on-the-couch VR. Advanced systems use a series of sensors and cameras to pinpoint your exact location within the game space, translating your real-world movements into the virtual environment in real-time. This allows you to walk, run, and duck freely without getting tangled in wires. This freedom of movement is what enables new forms of interaction and a level of immersion that's simply not possible with other systems. It's what makes you feel like you're truly exploring a new world with your team, side-by-side.

Immersive Audio Solutions

What you hear in a VR experience is just as important as what you see. Immersive audio solutions, delivered through headphones built into your headset, create a 360-degree soundscape that completes the illusion. You can hear zombies creeping up behind you or teammates calling out from your left, with the sound accurately reflecting its direction and distance. This spatial audio is crucial for creating a believable and captivating experience, heightening the tension and excitement. It pulls you deeper into the game, making every moment more intense and every environment feel more alive. Without it, the virtual world would feel flat and unconvincing.

Network and Connectivity Needs

For a multiplayer VR event to run smoothly, it needs a rock-solid network. A powerful and stable connection is the invisible backbone that keeps every player perfectly in sync. It ensures that when you see a teammate duck for cover, they're doing it at that exact moment in real life, eliminating frustrating lag or glitches. This seamless connectivity is essential for cooperative gameplay and a shared sense of presence. It also allows organizers to gather valuable insights into the attendee experience, using data to make future events even better. A great network means you can forget about the technology and just focus on the fun.

On-Site Technical Support

Even with the best technology, things can sometimes go sideways. That's why having on-site technical support is a game-changer for any VR event. Having an expert on hand who knows the platform inside and out provides peace of mind for you and your guests. They can help everyone get set up correctly, troubleshoot any minor glitches, and answer questions so the experience is seamless from start to finish. This support ensures that any potential tech issues are handled quickly and professionally, letting your group stay immersed in the adventure without interruption. It's the human touch that guarantees the technology works flawlessly.

Choose Your VR Adventure

Once you've decided to bring VR to your event, the fun part begins: choosing the actual experience. The best virtual reality adventures are more than just games; they are shared journeys that can be tailored to fit your event's specific goals. Are you looking to foster collaboration for a corporate team-building day? Or maybe you want to spark some friendly competition at a birthday party? The type of adventure you select will shape the entire vibe of your event. It's the difference between an activity that people simply do and an experience they talk about for weeks.

Think about your guests and what would resonate with them. A fast-paced zombie survival game might be perfect for one group, while a mind-bending puzzle adventure would be better for another. The beauty of VR is its versatility. You can transport your guests to fantastical new worlds, challenge them to solve intricate problems together, or let them loose in a high-energy arcade-style game. The key is to match the adventure to your audience and your objectives. At Zero Latency VR, we offer a library of experiences designed for different tastes and occasions, ensuring your event is not just fun, but also meaningful and memorable for everyone involved.

Free-Roam Adventures

Imagine stepping into a massive, open space with your team, completely untethered and free to explore a digital world together. That's the magic of free-roam VR. Unlike stationary experiences, this technology allows you to walk, run, and interact with your environment and fellow players naturally. This freedom of movement makes the experience incredibly immersive and believable. It's a revolutionary technology that transforms a simple get-together into a shared expedition, perfect for corporate events where you want to break down barriers and create lasting memories.

Virtual Escape Rooms

Take the classic escape room concept and remove the physical limitations. Virtual escape rooms place you and your team inside a puzzle-filled world where you can walk around freely and collaborate to find clues and solve challenges. It truly feels like you're walking in a real room with your friends, but the environments can be anything from a spaceship to an ancient temple. These experiences are fantastic for team-building, as they require clear communication, creative problem-solving, and teamwork to succeed before time runs out.

Interactive Games

If you want to inject pure, high-energy fun into your event, interactive games are the way to go. Think of experiences like Beat Saber, a wildly popular VR rhythm game where you slash the beats of adrenaline-pumping music as they fly toward you. These games are intuitive, easy for anyone to pick up, and incredibly satisfying to play. They are perfect for creating a lively, social atmosphere where guests can cheer each other on, compete for high scores, and simply have a great time.

Multi-Player Experiences

At its heart, VR for events is a social activity. Multi-player experiences are designed to be shared, providing a captivating and immersive way for guests to connect. These adventures enable creative and interactive sessions that make any event more engaging. You can choose cooperative games where everyone works together toward a common goal, or opt for competitive matches to stir up some friendly rivalry. Either way, these shared digital spaces encourage communication and collaboration in a uniquely powerful way.

Live Streaming Options

Want to include guests who can't attend in person? Live streaming options can bridge the distance. By using features like 360-degree live streaming, you can broadcast the in-game action to remote attendees, giving them a front-row seat to the fun. This is an excellent way to create a hybrid event that feels inclusive for everyone. It expands your event's reach and ensures that no one misses out on the incredible virtual reality experiences you've planned, no matter where they are.

Plan Your VR Event: A Checklist

A little planning goes a long way in turning a good event into a great one. When you're working with exciting tech like virtual reality, thinking through the details ensures everyone can focus on having fun instead of figuring out logistics. This checklist covers the key points to consider, from the physical space to your guests' comfort, so you can host a seamless and memorable VR experience. Let's walk through the simple steps to get your event ready for launch.

Map Out Your Space

Before you book, get a feel for the venue's layout. In a free-roam VR experience, the physical space is part of the adventure. You'll want to know how large the play area is and if there are designated spots for briefing, suiting up, and post-game celebrations. Understanding the flow of the space helps you manage your group and set clear expectations. Ask the venue if they have a gallery or video tour so you can visualize the experience and see how your group will move through the different areas during your event.

Determine Your Group Size

The number of guests you invite directly impacts the gameplay. While some virtual platforms can host massive crowds, free-roam VR is a more intimate, team-based activity. Most games are designed for a specific number of players to maximize interaction and ensure the play area doesn't feel crowded. Check with the venue about their capacity per session—at Zero Latency, our adventures are perfect for groups of up to eight players. Planning your group event around the ideal team size ensures everyone gets the best, most immersive experience possible.

Prioritize Guest Safety

A professional VR venue puts safety and hygiene first. Ask about their procedures for cleaning equipment between sessions. Reputable locations will thoroughly sanitize headsets and controllers and often provide disposable face covers for extra peace of mind. Physical safety is just as important. The play area should be a wide-open space, completely free of obstacles, so players can move freely without worry. A venue that is transparent about its safety protocols is a great sign that your guests will be in good hands.

Plan for Accessibility

Make sure every guest feels welcome and can participate comfortably. Before your event, it's a good idea to ask about accessibility options. Can the venue accommodate guests who wear glasses or those with mobility concerns? It's also smart to consider the intensity of the games. Many modern VR systems are designed to reduce motion sickness, but offering a choice of experiences allows guests to pick one that matches their comfort level. A little forethought ensures the adventure is fun for everyone on your list.

Coordinate the Technical Setup

While the venue will handle the technology, understanding the process helps you be a better host. Find out what the guest experience will be from start to finish. How does check-in work? How long is the pre-game briefing where players learn the rules and controls? Knowing the schedule allows you to keep your event on track and answer any questions your guests might have. A smooth, well-explained technical setup removes any confusion and lets your group dive straight into the fun without a hitch.

How to Create an Engaging VR Event

A truly memorable VR event goes beyond simply handing out headsets. It's about crafting an experience that feels intentional, interactive, and tailored to your group. When you put a little thought into the structure and details, you transform a fun activity into a standout event that your guests will talk about for years. The key is to think about the entire guest journey, from the moment they walk in the door to the final high-fives after the game. By focusing on a few key areas, you can ensure your event is seamless, exciting, and incredibly engaging for everyone involved.

Customize the Experience

The best events feel personal. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, take a moment to match the virtual adventure to your group's personality and the event's purpose. Are you planning a corporate team-building day? Choose a cooperative mission that requires strategic thinking and clear communication. For a high-energy birthday party, a competitive, zombie-blasting adventure might be the perfect fit. At Zero Latency VR, you can choose from a variety of games to find the one that best suits your crew. This simple step makes attendees feel like the experience was designed just for them, creating a much deeper connection to the event.

Integrate Your Event's Theme

Make the VR experience the centerpiece of your event, not just a side activity. Weaving the game into your overall theme creates a cohesive and immersive atmosphere. If your team-building event is focused on "exploring new frontiers," a game set in deep space or a fantasy world will feel like a natural extension of that idea. For a birthday party with a spooky theme, a survival horror game can amplify the fun. Integrating the theme helps build anticipation and makes the entire event feel more thoughtfully planned. It shows your guests that you've considered every detail to give them an unforgettable time.

Add Interactive Elements

The magic of VR lies in its interactivity. Unlike watching a movie or playing a traditional video game, free-roam VR puts your guests directly inside the action. They aren't just pressing buttons; they are physically walking, ducking, and aiming in a massive, open space. This level of physical involvement creates a powerful sense of presence and a much stronger emotional connection to the experience. The constant need to react, communicate with teammates, and engage with the virtual world ensures that no one is just passively watching from the sidelines. Everyone is an active participant in the story, which is the secret to keeping energy levels high.

Encourage Social Interaction

VR is often thought of as a solo activity, but free-roam experiences are built for groups. These adventures are designed to be shared, fostering communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Equipped with headsets and mics, players can talk to each other in real-time—shouting warnings, coordinating attacks, and celebrating victories together. Seeing your friends' avatars move and react right alongside you builds a powerful sense of camaraderie. This shared challenge is perfect for strengthening bonds, whether it's among colleagues, friends, or family members. It's an experience you go through together, creating inside jokes and stories you'll recount long after the game is over.

Design a Smooth Event Flow

A great event runs like clockwork, and a little planning goes a long way. Structure your VR event with a clear beginning, middle, and end to keep guests engaged and comfortable. Start with a pre-game briefing where everyone can get excited and understand the mission. After the main VR experience, schedule a post-game debrief. This is the perfect time for everyone to grab a drink, cool down, and share their favorite moments. For larger groups or longer events, planning for breaks is essential. A well-designed flow prevents burnout and ensures the excitement lasts from start to finish.

Run a Flawless VR Event

With your creative vision in place, it's time to focus on execution. A truly memorable VR event comes down to the details. Running a flawless event means anticipating needs, having the right support in place, and ensuring every guest feels comfortable and excited from the moment they arrive. Think of it as setting the stage for an incredible performance—a little planning on the back end makes all the difference for the main show.

Understand the Costs

The first step in planning is figuring out your budget. The cost of a VR event can vary quite a bit, depending on a few key factors. The final price tag is influenced by how many people are attending, how long you want the experience to last, and which games or adventures you choose. It's a good idea to get a clear quote upfront so you know exactly what to expect. At Zero Latency, we make it easy to plan your event with transparent pricing, ensuring there are no surprises. This way, you can focus on the fun, not the finances.

Line Up Your Staff

You can have the best technology in the world, but your event is only as good as the people running it. Having a knowledgeable and friendly team on hand is non-negotiable. These are the people who will guide your guests, answer questions, and handle any minor hiccups with a smile. For a seamless experience, you need at least one person who knows the platform inside and out to help with any tech issues. When you host an event at a dedicated venue like ours, our expert Game Masters fill this role, making sure your group is supported every step of the way.

Arrange for Tech Support

Beyond friendly faces, solid technical support is the invisible foundation of a great VR event. This means ensuring all equipment is tested, charged, and ready to go before your guests even walk through the door. A professional VR venue handles all of this behind the scenes, from running system diagnostics to having backup plans in place. This proactive approach to event technology minimizes the chance of interruptions, letting your guests stay fully immersed in the virtual world without a single glitch. It's this reliability that turns a good event into a great one.

Gather Guest Feedback

Once the headsets come off and the cheering dies down, don't miss the chance to learn from your event. Gathering feedback from your guests is one of the most valuable things you can do. A simple follow-up email with a short survey can provide incredible insights into what they loved and what could be even better next time. Ask them about their favorite part of the experience or if they have any suggestions. This information is crucial for helping you refine future events and ensuring you continue to deliver experiences that truly resonate with your group.

Manage Your Guest List

Clear communication is key to a smooth start. Before the event, make sure everyone on your guest list knows what to expect, where to go, and when to arrive. Using a simple RSVP platform can help you keep track of attendees and send out important information easily. Provide details like what to wear (think comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes) and a brief overview of the experience to build excitement. When guests arrive feeling prepared and informed, they can jump right into the fun without any confusion, setting a positive tone for the entire event.

Solve Common VR Event Challenges

Let's be real: planning any event comes with its own set of puzzles to solve. When you add cutting-edge technology like virtual reality to the mix, it can feel like you've added a few more pieces to that puzzle. You might be worried about technical hiccups, making sure every single guest has an amazing time, or figuring out how to make it all work within your budget and space. It's completely normal to have these questions.

The good news is that these challenges are all easily managed, especially when you partner with a dedicated VR venue. Instead of trying to piece together a VR setup yourself, you can lean on a team of experts who handle the tricky parts for you. This lets you focus on what really matters: celebrating with your team, family, or friends. Think of it as having a built-in support crew whose only job is to make your event a seamless, stress-free success. From the tech to the guest experience, every detail is already taken care of, so you can walk in ready to play.

Handle Technical Glitches

The fear of a technical glitch bringing the fun to a halt is a big one for many event planners. The best way to deal with tech issues is to prevent them from happening in the first place. Choosing a professional VR venue means you're using commercial-grade equipment that's built for performance and maintained by experts. At a place like Zero Latency, we have on-site game masters and technical staff who are always monitoring the experience. If a headset needs a quick reset or a controller acts up, they're on it in seconds, ensuring minimal disruption to the game. This proactive support means you can relax, knowing a pro is ready to handle any issue instantly.

Ensure a Great Guest Experience

A truly memorable event goes beyond just cool technology; it's about how your guests feel. To ensure a great guest experience, you need clear communication, a comfortable environment, and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone, from seasoned gamers to total beginners. Our team is trained to guide new players, explain the rules clearly, and make sure everyone feels confident and ready to jump in. After the event, gathering participant feedback is a great way to see what everyone loved. We build that into our process, helping you create an experience that people will be talking about for all the right reasons.

Work with Limited Space

One of the biggest logistical hurdles for a DIY VR event is space. You need a significant amount of open, safe area for players to move around without bumping into walls, furniture, or each other. Instead of trying to clear out a conference room, you can use a purpose-built arena designed specifically for VR. Our free-roam technology requires a large, unobstructed warehouse-sized space, which is something we provide. This setup allows your guests to become fully immersed in the virtual world, walking, dodging, and exploring freely without any real-world obstacles getting in the way. It completely removes the challenge of limited space from your planning list.

Solve Integration Problems

If your VR activity is part of a larger event, like a company off-site or an all-day birthday celebration, making it all flow smoothly is key. You want the VR portion to feel like a natural part of the day, not a clunky add-on. We work with you to schedule your game time to fit perfectly within your event itinerary. You can have one group playing while another socializes in a private party room, then swap. This creates a seamless flow and ensures everyone stays engaged. We handle the guest rotation and timing, so the VR experience complements your overall event plan without a hitch.

Stick to Your Budget

The idea of a VR event might sound expensive, but it's often more affordable than you think, especially compared to building a setup from scratch. Renting headsets, finding a technician, and securing a space can lead to a mountain of unexpected costs. Working with an established VR venue makes the experience much more accessible and cost-effective. We offer straightforward event packages with clear, upfront pricing. You get the state-of-the-art technology, the dedicated space, and expert staff all included in one price, which means no budget surprises. It's a high-value way to deliver a premium, unforgettable experience for your guests.

What's Next for VR Events?

Virtual reality is moving beyond the realm of just gaming and is quickly becoming a go-to platform for creating incredible events. The technology is evolving at a breakneck pace, making experiences more lifelike, accessible, and collaborative than ever before. If you're thinking about hosting a VR event, you're not just hopping on a trend; you're stepping into the future of how we connect, celebrate, and work together.

The next wave of VR is all about deeper immersion and broader applications. We're seeing advancements that blur the lines between the physical and digital worlds, creating shared memories that feel completely real. For event planners, this opens up a world of possibilities. Whether you're organizing a birthday party, a corporate team-building day, or a product launch, VR offers a unique and powerful way to engage your audience. Let's look at the specific trends and technologies shaping the future of VR events.

Emerging Technologies

The hardware that powers VR is getting seriously impressive. Headsets are becoming lighter, more comfortable, and completely wireless, allowing for total freedom of movement. At the same time, visual and audio technologies are making virtual worlds look and sound astonishingly real. The next big thing is advanced haptics—think vests and gloves that let you feel sensations in the game, like the rumble of an explosion or the impact of a high-five. These immersive and memorable experiences are what turn a fun event into an unforgettable adventure. It's this constant push for realism that makes the future of VR so exciting for creating shared group activities.

New Industry Trends

VR isn't a niche interest anymore; it's a booming industry. The market for extended reality (XR), which includes VR, is projected to grow massively in the coming years. What does this mean for you? It means more investment is pouring into creating higher-quality games and experiences. As the technology becomes more mainstream, more people will arrive at your event with a sense of excitement and curiosity about VR. Hosting a VR event positions you as a forward-thinking planner who knows how to deliver a truly modern and exciting experience for your guests. It shows you're in tune with what's new and what gets people talking.

Multi-Platform Integration

The virtual world is becoming more connected to the digital tools we use every day. While free-roam VR is an in-person experience, the industry is moving toward greater integration. We're seeing the development of platforms that can connect VR experiences with tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, creating hybrid events where remote attendees can watch or even participate. This trend points to a future where a 3D virtual events platform can bridge the gap between physical and remote guests, making your event more accessible and inclusive for everyone. This opens up possibilities for larger corporate gatherings or family events with relatives who can't travel.

Opportunities for Innovation

As the technology grows, so do the creative possibilities. Think beyond just gaming and consider how VR can be tailored to your specific event goals. For corporate events, you could use VR for immersive training simulations or collaborative problem-solving challenges. For a product launch, you could create a custom-branded world where guests can interact with your product in a virtual space. The ability to transform a standard gathering into something deeply interactive and engaging is what makes VR such a powerful tool for event planners looking to do something different. It's a blank canvas for creating truly unique and impactful moments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if some of my guests have never tried VR before? That's not a problem at all! Our experiences are designed to be intuitive for everyone, regardless of their gaming background. Before you start, one of our expert Game Masters will walk your group through a clear briefing to explain the controls and objectives. The technology is so immersive that most people pick it up in minutes, and our team is always on hand to offer guidance and ensure everyone feels comfortable and ready for the adventure.

Is motion sickness a problem with this kind of VR? This is a common concern, but it's rarely an issue with our free-roam system. Motion sickness in VR often happens when your eyes see movement but your body is standing still. Because our technology allows you to physically walk through the virtual space, the disconnect that causes that feeling is eliminated. Your real-world movements match what you see in the headset, creating a much more natural and comfortable experience for most people.

How is free-roam VR different from the VR systems people have at home? The biggest difference is freedom. Home VR systems typically confine you to a small, stationary area and often involve wires. Our free-roam experience takes place in a massive, open arena where you can walk, run, and explore without being tethered to a console. This warehouse-scale tracking technology, combined with multiplayer gameplay where you see and interact with your teammates, creates a level of immersion that just isn't possible in a living room.

How many people can participate at once, and what if my group is larger than that? Our games are designed for teams of up to eight players at a time to ensure the best possible experience. This size allows for great team dynamics without overcrowding the play space. If your event has more than eight guests, we can easily accommodate you by running multiple sessions back-to-back or simultaneously. While one group is in the game, the others can socialize and watch the action, and then they can swap.

What should my guests and I wear or prepare for the event? Comfort is key, so we recommend wearing casual clothes that are easy to move in. Because you'll be walking around the game arena, closed-toe shoes like sneakers are required for safety. Other than that, you don't need to bring anything special. We provide all the equipment and a secure place for you to store your belongings. Just come ready to have an incredible time.
